70’s Themed Penthouse in Wenatchee?!
Maybe you've heard of Prestige Senior Living at Colonial Vista. A retirement home for 55+. But I bet, you haven't heard of the Penthouse that sits on top of the Retirement home.
While, this apartment is not availble for the public to view, I got to explore the glorious 70's themed Penthouse, once owned by Colonial Vista Owner, Carl Campbell and his wife Betty Campbell.
Check these pictures out!
You'll notice a theme with this Penthouse... ORANGE.
The wallpaper was out of this world cool though! I tried to capture the difference in texture. That is a velvet print (orange).
See Wenatchee through the window?! It's like stepping into a time machine and dialing it back to when the decor was... Lavish?
This was the master bedroom. I can picture two people sitting in bed with their own lamps to light up their reading.
ALL of the ceiling lighting has these mini chandeliers.
Look at that orange carpet leading to the bathtub! No need for bathroom mats there!
Yes those are built into the wall record players.
Again, the coolest wallpaper. (this is textured like the above picture of the wallpaper)
Betty Campbell loved her Roosters! You'll see it as a theme throughout the penthouse.
How nifty is this! Thats a food warmer (the white block on the counter)
This is a built in counter blender!
What the space looks like when the blender is back in the counter.
Looove the Green Fridge. So classy
See, I told you, Roosters.
This picture does not do the rug in this room justice! That rug is massive!
Rooster Chandelier, cause what else would it be?
Some furniture has been left in the penthouse. Probably bought new!
I love the rouching on the curtains.
It's as if this place has been left exactly how it was, for years.
The penthouse has it's own elevator, but notice to the right, thats a door enterance with fruity pebble like carpet.
Farming wallpaper? Fitting, we are a farming community.
Whoa, I feel like I need to look around, felt sucked into the 70's with those pictures. So cool though!
